	End-User Licence Agreement for Sandler Consulting Pty Ltd Software Product
		(23 August, 2004, amended on 28 March, 2006)

This Sandler Consulting End-User Licence Agreement is a legal agreement between you 
(either an individual or a single entity) and Sandler Consulting Pty Ltd.

This Licence is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

BY USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT (OR ANY WORK BASED ON THE SOFTWARE), YOU, 
THE LISENSEE, INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENCE.  
NOTHING OTHER THAN THIS LICENCE GRANTS YOU PERMISSION TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT
OR ITS DERIVATIVE WORKS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS LICENCED, NOT SOLD.

1. Licences.

The Licencor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without rights to sublicence and resale, 

(a) for Evaluation version of the Software Product (a non-activated version), to use the Software for evaluation purposes only,
(b) for Production version of the Software Product (an activated version), to use the Software only on a single computer.
(c) for Limited version of the Software Product (a version distributed by an Authorised Distributor who is authorised to distribute 
the Limited version for a target Operating System), to use the Software Product only on a single computer. When activated, 
the Limited version becomes the Production version.

provided that you comply with all of the restrictions set forth in this Licence.

The Software Product is activated by entering a registration code in the T37FSP Control Panel applet dialog.
The registration code is mapped to the notification email address (available in the T37FSP Control Panel applet dialog) 
and is validated against it. The registration code is generated when you purchase the production licence. Please be careful
when providing the email address - type it in properly. 

2. Restrictions. 

Without Sandler Consulting's prior written consent, you may not: 

(a) distribute, transfer or copy the Software Product,

(b) reverse engineer the Software Product

3. Termination.

Sandler Consulting may terminate this Licence Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions 
of the agreement. In this eventuality, you must destroy all copies of the Software Product.

4. Proprietary Rights. 

Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights for the Program shall 
remain with Sandler Consulting Pty Ltd.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability.

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS,
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR 
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF 
THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME 
THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
